In periods of transitions it is necessary to adapt to a new situation. The habitual patterns often make the process of adaptation difficult. The sensory perception of the relationship between the body and its physical environment allows you to find a balance based on support and freedom of movement. You will learn how to orient your body, moment to moment, with the help of the coordinates of the gravitational field, the vertical and horizontal, so that you can benefit from the support the environment offers you at all time. You will discover that the new balance in the physical environment will manifest as well in your psychosocial environment.
