Private sessions or in small groups while walking in the forest

While we walk among the trees and breathe together with them

- you explore your habitual holding pattern

- you see what it is like to move with more support, freedom of movement and responsiveness

- you observe the view of the world and yourself from both perspectives, of the habitual holding pattern and of the body supported by gravity

- you verify the differences between one shape and the other

Unlike all the other sessions previously described, the duration of this session is three hours, instead of one, and it takes place during a walk in the forest, a space that is more open than the office at the studio for breathing, movement and structural integration.

Living nature, and the universe as a whole, forms a seamless dynamic web of interrelated and intercalated parts and rhythmic processes, among them trees and us. We are points of correlation in this unbroken and interconnected network of events, motions, relations and energies. While we walk in the forest, we explore the patterns and habits that govern our movements in life and the shapes of our being in the world. We discover how to use our breath to find the best possible relationship between our body, our environment and our inner being. From then on it will be a question of applying our discoveries in daily life and practice and practice.

As you become aware of the relationship between the shapes of your body and the ground, you will be able to go beyond the limitations of your habitual holding pattern and discover new ways of moving with more support, more freedom of movement and more responsiveness.

During a second and third session in the forest, it will be possible to explore your habitual holding pattern and the remembered present of the belief systems that make up the emotional background tone of your life in greater depth. If you wish to go deeper, you might consider beginning a process of weekly sessions with hands-on intervention on the work table at the studio for breathing, movement and structural integration.
